Q. Can you recommend a product that I can use to make my puzzle permanent?
A.
We do not recommend any type of glue, spray or lacquer as it may damage the foam on your puzzle. Perhaps a craft store might be able to suggest one. However, we do suggest that you try what we use on our exhibition models: straight pins.

Q. What are the red-dot pieces for?
A.
These red-dot pieces are essential to hold the puzzle together when it is in the "flat stage" of production. We cannot remove these pieces without the risk of losing large parts of the puzzle. We suggest that they be discarded only after your Puzz-3D
® has been completed, as sometimes "good" pieces will remain interlocked with these red-dot pieces.
 

Missing a Piece?

Although Wrebbit Inc. guarantees the quality of its products, our Customer Service Department is here to help you in any way needed. Should anything happen to a piece:

Of your Puzz-3D®, simply send us the technical drawing included with your puzzle with the area circled where the problem is occuring. 

Of your Perfalock® puzzle, after completing your puzzle, count out the piece(s) missing ie: from top to bottom 12th piece and from left to right 8th piece and we will gladly issue the piece(s) that are missing from your Perfalock* puzzle.  

Please include the model name and number, your return address as well as your phone number, don’t forget the area code.  Do NOT send back puzzle.  Be sure to look closely in the box, as the pieces tend to hide in the corners.
